This website is operated by Galaxy Living, an independent Samsung-focused retailer serving customers in Harare, Zimbabwe.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Galaxy Living website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Galaxy Living's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to keep product descriptions, condition, compatibility, images, pricing, and availability accurate. If information is materially incorrect, statutory rights and any non-excludable remedy remain available. Nothing in this section permits a misleading representation.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is displayed on our website.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

• Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• All website prices and checkout totals are in USD. Pay with EcoCash securely processed by Paynow, or pay cash on delivery.
• EcoCash orders require successful payment verification before fulfilment
• Cash orders are paid on confirmed delivery
• Orders remain subject to stock and fulfilment confirmation

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

• Delivery is free within Harare, Zimbabwe. Same-day delivery is available for eligible in-stock orders after stock, address, and timing are confirmed.
• Delivery to other Zimbabwe cities costs $10 and is sent overnight with FedEx after stock and address details are confirmed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Signature may be required for delivery of certain items

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible product purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the Refund & Returns Policy.

• Eligible products must be new and unopened, or otherwise unused, with the original packaging, accessories, serial numbers, and proof of purchase.
• Eligible returns are collected or sent by approved courier after the team confirms the return request.
• Approved eligible returns have no restocking fee or return handling cost, and Galaxy Living provides the return label or arrangement for approved postal returns.
• After an eligible return is received and approved following inspection, Galaxy Living processes the refund within 7 days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability may be limited only for losses that the law allows us to limit. No term excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, liability for unsafe or defective products where non-excludable, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any repair, replacement, refund, injury, or other remedy that Zimbabwean law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
